Jason Fantini, PA-C
Jason R. Fantini is a certified Physician Asssistant, earning his Bachelor’s degree from Gannon University in 1999 and board certification in 2002. He has over seven years of experience in pain management and a broad foundation in multiple specialties of medicine.
Jason joined Advanced Pain Medicine in 2002 with critical responsibilities involving processes designed to coordinate the clinical team’s successful pain management and treatment programs.
Prior to joining Advanced Pain Medicine, Jason’s clinical experience has involved orthopaedics, mental health, Ob/Gyn procedures, pediatrics, internal medicine, general surgery and family practice medicine, working at The Athletic Institute, Western Psychiatric Institute & Clinic, St. Francis Medical Center, UPMC Northwest, North Suburban Family Health Center and North Hills Internal Medicine.

Eric A. Holtz, PA-C
Eric is a certified Physician Assistant who earned a Master's degree in Physician Assistant Science from Saint Francis University in Loretto, PA. Upon completion of his studies, Eric was awarded a certificate denoting him as the most outstanding Physician Assistant graduate in his class. Eric is a member of Pi Alpha national physician assistant honor society.
While training Eric has provided care to a broad range of patients. He has inpatient experience in trauma surgery, general surgery, internal medicine, mental health and emergency medicine. In addition, he has spent time treating patients in outpaitient setting such as family practice, pediatrics, and women's health. Prior to becoming a Physician Assistant, Eric earned a Bachelor's degree in respiratory therapy where he gained knowlege of patient care at West Penn Hospital.

Tina Patel, PA-C
Tina is a certified Physician Assistnat who earned a Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Alderson-Broaddus College in Philippi, WV. She became part of the team at Advanced Pain Medicine in 2010. She initially worked in outpatient neurology and pain managment. She was part of a large anesthesiology base pain management group in Atlanta, GA prior to relocating to Pennsylvania. She has almost 4 years of experience in the subspecialty of pain managment.
Sarah Boe, PA-C
Sarah is a certified Physician Assistant, who graduated from Duquesne University's Physician Assistant program. She joined the Advanced Pain Medicine team in 2010. Sarah is devoted to the quality care of her patients. She assists with initial evaluaations, performing histories and physical examinations. Sarah can also interpret required diagnostic procedures. She develops and implements treatment and care management plans. As a physician assistant, she strives to work with her patients and improve their daily activity and daily goals.
Kirsten Colaberardino, PA-C
Kirsten is a certified physician assistant who graduated from Gannon University's Physician Assistant Program in 2010. She joined the Advanced Pain Medicine team in January 2011. Kirsten devotes herself to helping patients achieve a better quality of life for each other through medication, procedures, physical therapy and mental health.
Leiren Butler, PA-C
Leiren is a certified Physician Assistant who earned a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Lock Haven University and a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from the University of Pittsburgh. She joined Advanced Pain Medicine in 2011 to help patients cope with their chronic pain and to develop treatment plans that are specific to each patient’s individual needs and goals. Her clinical training prior to joining APM has included experience in internal medicine, family medicine, emergency medicine, general and oncologic surgery, neurology and pediatrics. She is also a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Pennsylvania Society of Physician Assistants.
